Assisting You with Probate Matters
The firm works with executors, administrators, personal representatives and heirs, helping you complete the requirements of the probate process, so that you can settle the estate of a loved one. The firm will prepare and file all documents required throughout the process and will act as your advocate in any proceedings or hearings with the court. The firm will help you put together and submit an inventory of the assets of the estate, pay all final debts and taxes, and oversee the orderly distribution of property in accordance with the terms of the will.
