St. Croix Mediation & Family Law Center provides mediation and family legal services to clients in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. The Center serves clients in St. Paul, Maplewood, Oakdale, Woodbury and Stillwater, in Minnesota; and the Hudson, River Falls, and New Richmond communities in Wisconsin. Attorney, Gregory P. Seamon, Esq., counsels clients based upon his 25 years of family law practice experience.
St. Croix Mediation provides clients with the opportunity to resolve their family disputes without the costly delays, stress and expense of Court hearings and litigation attorneys.
The mediator provides guidance in relation to divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody and parenting plans, child and spousal support and property division.
The clients work with a neutral mediator who assists them in reaching formal settlement agreements which are submitted to the Court for final approval. The mediator provides settlement direction, drafts settlement agreements, and assists in final filing of the agreement with the Court.
If mediation cannot be utilized to resolve the family disputes, Gregory P. Seamon, Esq. is experienced in providing private counsel to the individual client, including representation in settlement negotiations, filing of legal documents, and appearing in Court on behalf of the client.
The Center offers clients who are in need of financial assistance by providing Chapter 7 (discharge) and Chapter 13 (re-organization) bankruptcy services. Counsel will assist the client in discharging or re-organizing their debt to a manageable level providing the client and their family with a financial fresh start.
The Center offers assistance to clients planning for the future economic security of their families. The lawyer shall meet with clients, and after proper consultation, assist the clients in the drafting and executing the appropriate Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives that the client may require.
