Gregory P. Seamon, Esq., is the owner of St. Croix Mediation and has been practicing in the areas of family mediation and litigation for over 25 years. He has assisted clients primarily in the east metro of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin, by representing client and family interests in resolving family disputes by mediated agreements and, if necessary, providing legal representation in the courts. He advises family mediation and litigation clients in relation to divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, parenting time, child and spousal support, and property division. He also practices in the family-related areas of personal bankruptcy and estate planning.
Gregory P. Seamon, Esq., is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College (1980); and William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul. (1984).
He is a Qualified Family Mediator under Minnesota Court Rules.
